The Right Tool at the Right Time...

I have this piece of furniture that i bought that has been sitting in my living room for months half built and scattered all over the place. It's not that i'm lazy (will maybe a little bit) it has more to do with the fact that i need one very specific tool which i don't have. If only i had that tool I could proceed and finish this project but since I don't it is just becoming a bigger and bigger problem for me.

A Brother at Church seemed a little down when he came to church the other day but I didn't know how to approach him about it. I saw him sitting by himself just kind of flipping through the Bible when all of a sudden i saw his eyes light up and his whole demeanor change. Curiously i asked him, "Brother, what did you just read?" "Georgie", he said to me, " Our Father Christ Ahnsahnghong is truely God, his mercy is wider and deeper than any ocean." He then open the Bible to show me 2 cor 12:9-10

But he said to me,
"My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness." Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses,
so that Christ's power may rest on me.
That is why, for Christ's sake, I delight in weaknesses,
in insults,
in hardships,
in persecutions,
in difficulties.
For when I am weak, then I am strong."

Then i looked up at him at simply said "I really needed to hear that." Later on that night while thinking back on that situation I thought about my half assemble, fully chaotic piece of furniture sitting in living room. That one verse was exactly what the Brother needed to continue with his mission for the day, perhaps if he hadn't prayed to Father Ahnsahnghong for an answer we would have never seen that verse and thus still been downcast. I realized how important the right tool and the right time can get the job done.
Post many comments on a verse
that really made a difference in your day.

God bless you Brothers and Sisters! :) :)

Since I have been in the Church of God, one thing that always run into when I preach the word of God is that people always say to me that the bible is up to anyone's interpretations.

I was thrilled to finally come across this verse in a sermon that was recently given at the San Francisco Zion.

Genesis 40:22 ~ "Do not the interpretations belong to God?"

So know can be rest assured that unless we hear the DIRECTLY from God what He/She meant, can NOT assume any part of the Scriptures.

I truly want to thank God for revealing this Scripture to me.

God bless you all.

Brother Georgie, they're so many verses to choose from!!! But one of my faaaavorites, especially when I am feeling down or a bit weary is this one:

"He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty. You will not fear the terror of night..."Because he loves me loves me," says the Lord, "I will rescue him; I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name. With long life I will satisfy him and show him my salvation."
-Ps. 91

So why should we fear? What brings us down? God is with us, Father and Mother.

God Bless you all, brothers and sisters!

"For you will nurse and be satisfied at her comforting breasts; you will drink deeply and delight in her overflowing abundance.

As a mother comforts her child, so will I comfort you; and you will be comforted over Jerusalem."

-Is. 66:11

The greatest comfort as a child, at any age, is having the comfort of MOTHER. Our mom could never been replaced or forgotten. She remains, and always will be Our One True Love...

Heavenly Mother Jerusalem, thank You so much. Through Your patience and Love you have raised us to be Your sons and daughters who long to see You again - very soon.

"Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud...It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres."

1 Cor. 13:4~

Who is Love? Isn't it Mother? Yes! Our Mother of Love!
When I forget what it means to love, this verse reminds me once again. Love is fulfilled in following Mother's example. Let us be the children of Love, the children of Heavenly Mother.

God bless you!

Isaiah 25:6

"On this mountain the LORD Almighty will prepare a feast of rich food for all peoples, a banquet of aged wine— the best of meats and the finest of wines."

It is so amazing how our Father Christ Ahn Sahng Hong brought the Passover back, only God can bring the Passover. Thats how i understood that our Father Christ Ahn Sahng Hong is really God almighty!

God Bless You!

There is a verse that whenever I read it, it makes me be more grateful to Father Ahn Sang Hong and Mother for bringing me to Zion.

Hebrews 12:22
" But you have come to Mount Zion, to the Heavenly Jerusalem, the CIty of the Living God. You have come upon thousands of angels in joyful assembly, to the church of the firstborn, whose names are written in heaven".

How beautiful is this place. Don't you think? Let's stay in Zion until Father comes and takes us to out Heavenly Home with Mother.

There are 2 Beautiful verses and combine they are even more touching

2 Corinthians 3:17
Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit is, there is freedom.

But who can give us freedom?

Galatians 4:26
But the Jerusalem that is above is free, and she is Our Mother.

Who can deny our Father Christ Ahn Sang Hong and Mother Jerusalem. They are one and give us Eternal Life.

Together forever with Father and Mother!!!

One of my favorites....... verses in the bible is
(Jos 1:6-9) "Be strong and courageous, because you will lead these people to inherit the land I swore to their forefathers to give them. Be strong and very courageous. Be careful to obey all the law my servant Moses gave you; do not turn from it to the right or to the left, that you may be successful wherever yu go. Do not let this book of the Law depart from your mouth; meditate on it day and night, so that you may be careful. Have i not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be dicouraged, for the lord you God will be with you wherever you go"

WoW!!!!!! These are the words of mighty God!!!!!!!!
makes me feel strong and not afraid to proclaim to the world that 2nd coming Christ Ahnsanghong came to this sinful world to lead us to the light which is our Heavenly Mother New Jerusalem.
And She is with us, giving us the water of life....... ETERNAL LIFE!!!!

This verse truly has inspired me.
Job 6:8 Your beginnings will seem humble so propsperous will be your future.

In the beginning everyone will be against our Father Christ AhnSangHong and Our Mother Jerusalem but in the future the 144,000 will be sitting with Father and Mother in heaven at the Wedding Banquet

My all-time favorite verse:

"Who will bring any charge against those whom God has chosen? It is God who justifies...Who shall seperate us from the love of Christ? Shall trouble or hardship or persecution or famine or nakedness or danger or sword?"

-Ro 8:33

Nothing or no one!!!

God bless you brothers and sisters.

One of the verses I just recently understood thanks to the grace of our Father Christ AhnSahngHong and mother Jerusalem is, you will not believe it:

For it is written:
Be glad, O barren woman,
who bears no children;
break forth and cry aloud,
you who have no labor pains;
because more are the children of the desolate woman than of her who has a husband.

WOWOWOWOWOW!!! This makes absolutely no sense physically, which is why I did not understand this verse FOREVER! But now that Father ahnSangHong and Mother have revealed it to me, I understand! It was not until 2nd coming Christ, Father Ahn Sahng Hong went up to heaven that all of Mother's children started coming in throngs. MORE are the children of the desolate woman then of Her who has a husband!!!! WOW- prophecy fulfilled AGAIN!!!!! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All praise and honor and all eternal thanks be unto Father Christ Ahn Sang Hong and Mother, New Jerusalem!

“Can a mother forget the baby at her breast and have no compassion on the child she has borne? Though she may forget, I will not forget you. See, I have engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are ever before me."

-Is. 49:15

Heavenly Mother, from the creation of the world you have always been waiting for us to return to You, and You constantly remind us through our daily lives and even through the Scriptures.
Father Christ Ahnsahnghong and Mother, thank you so much for never forgetting us! I LOVE YOU!

"In the last days the mountain of the Lord's temple will be established as chief among the mountains; it will be raised above the hills, and peoples will stream to it. Many nations will come and say, "Come, let us go up to the mountain of the Lord, to the house of the God of Jacob. HE WILL TEACH US HIS WAYS, SO THAT WE MAY WALK IN HIS PATHS."

The law will go out from Zion, THE WORD OF THE LORD FROM JERUSALEM."

Micah 4:1

Mountain of the Lord = Church of God

The Lord, He = Father Ahn Sahng Hong

Jerusalem = Heavenly Mother

But we have this treasure in jars of clay to show that this all-surpassing power is from God and not from us - 1 Co 4:7
Although this child is poor Christ Ahn Sahng Hong and Heavenly Mother are omnipotent.
I would be a big bowl worker of gospel in depending our God.

This is the verse I turn to when Im down and out and feel all alone, thank you Father and Mother:-)
Isaiah 43:2:

2. When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and when you pass through the rivers,
they will not sweep over you.
When you walk through the fire,
you will not be burned;
the flames will not set you ablaze.

I truly thank Christ Ahn Sahng Hong and our Heavenly Mother for brightening this dark world with the words.
One scripture is interpreted by other scripture,the pair of it. That means it is not by men's but by God's interpretaion, the own author of the Bible.

Please read from Isa 25:6~
and
in 25:9 In that day they will say
"Surely this is our God;
we trusted in him, and he saved us.
This is the lord, we trusted in him;
let us rejoice and be glad in his salvation"

God bless you ^-^

God bless you! What a good idea! I really do have so many verses in the Bible that really touch me.

One is Heb. 9:28 - "...so Christ was sacrificed once to take away the sins of many people; and he will appear a second time, not to bear sin, but to bring salvation to those who are waiting for him."

B/c I've been waiting for this verse to be fulfilled, I'm so thankful to Father Ahnsahnghong and Mother Jerusalem for letting me take part in it as it has been fulfilled in the Church of God World Mission Society.

Here's a good one to let us know that we are never alone in our sufferings:

1Pet. 5:8 "Be self-controlled and alert. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. 9Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that your brothers throughout the world are undergoing the same kind of sufferings."
